Landscapes of the Ribble is my first book and it was published by Frances Lincoln at the end of 2009. It is a photographic journey along the river from the heights of the Yorkshire Dales' Three Peaks, through the pastoral lushness of the Ribble Valley and out to sea at Lytham St Anne's. The images reflect the wide variety of fascinating scenery in the valley, from wide vistas to intimate details.
"From the majestic Ribble Viaduct to the heather-covered hills of Clitheroe, each photograph displays a strong appreciation of light and landscape with consistently stunning results. The glossily reproduced images of Latham's collection form a passionate love letter to the Ribble region, that serves as a wonderful reminder of our country's immense natural beauty."
